Refund and exchange policy

• Wrong / default items will be refunded / exchanged without extra charges.

• If you’ve changed your mind without any fault from our side, we can refund/ exchange your order, with extra charges for the new delivery and for the returned item other than the charges that were initially paid  (the delivery is handled by delivery companies, not our own drivers), additionally, any discounts, free shipping or free items applied to the order would be considered when making the refund. 

• If you decide to cancel the order right after placing it, we can cancel it if it have not been picked up by the delivery company yet. Some fees may be applied, please contact us on WhatsApp for all the details.
